At Rose Care Group, we believe later life should be lived with dignity, joy, and connection.
Our story began with a deeply personal journey. Our founder, Paul Nery, was inspired to enter the world of care after looking after his own father in his final years. Through that experience, he saw firsthand the importance of kindness, patience, and truly person-centred care. He founded Rose Care Group with one clear vision: to create homes where residents are treated just as we would want our own mum or dad to be treated — providing comfort, companionship and care.
That ethos still guides us every day. Across all our homes, we aim to provide more than just excellent care — we offer a sense of belonging. Whether someone joins us for a short stay or makes our home their own, we want them to feel safe, seen, and valued.
We’re proud that this commitment has been recognised with several awards, including Mid-Sized Care Home Group of the Year in 2024 and 2025, and multiple Best Regional Care Home Awards.
Life at Rose Care isn’t about staying in your room — it’s about staying part of the world. We encourage every resident to take part in activities, make new friends, and try new experiences. Whether it’s a morning exercise group, an afternoon sing-along, or a trip out for tea, we know that laughter and companionship are just as important as medical care.
Every day, we work to create joyful, comfortable, and engaging environments — places where life continues, friendships flourish, and memories are made. Because to us, caring isn’t just a profession — it’s a promise.
Welcome to Rose Care Group. Where care comes from the heart.
